Chattanooga Lookouts Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of
winning.

Use of Entry Information / Email Communications
By entering this giveaway, you agree that Sponsor may use the information you submit to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, and send future email marketing and promotional communications. Sponsor will not sell your personal information. Marketing emails will be clearly identified and will include an unsubscribe method in accordance with applicable law.

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published and ends on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after that time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
4. How to Enter
To enter during the Giveaway Period, eligible participants must:

Complete and submit the entry questionnaire linked in Sponsor’s bio or entry page
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
Incomplete, false, late, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Four (4) Field Box tickets to the Chattanooga Lookouts game on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 6:30 PM, and
One (1) $100 Ballpark Spending Card for food and/or merchandise at Erlanger Park, subject to any applicable venue or card restrictions
Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for any costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize other than those expressly stated above.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 via social media and will also be contacted directly using the contact information submitted with the entry form.
If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Prize Delivery
Tickets and prize details will be delivered electronically or by another reasonable method determined by Sponsor using the contact information provided by the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected communications caused by incorrect contact information or technical issues beyond Sponsor’s control.
9. Use of Entry Information / Privacy
By entering this giveaway, entrants understand and agree that Sponsor may collect and use the information submitted through the entry form for the following purposes:
administering the giveaway
contacting the winner
delivering the prize
sending future marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor
Sponsor will not sell entrant information to third parties.
Entrants may opt out of future email marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in emails or by contacting Sponsor directly.
If Sponsor offers text-message marketing, any promotional text communications will only be sent to entrants who have provided any legally required consent.
10. Marketing Communications
By submitting an entry, entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may contact entrant regarding this giveaway and, where permitted by law, may send future marketing communications.
Agreement to these Terms & Conditions does not require consent to receive recurring promotional text messages unless entrant separately opts in where such option is provided.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in connection with this giveaway without further compensation, notice, or approval.
12. Release of Liability
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
14. Team / Venue Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or officially affiliated with the Chattanooga Lookouts, Minor League Baseball, or Erlanger Park. Any references to the Lookouts or Erlanger Park are solely for purposes of describing the prize.
15. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
16. Governing Law
This giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
